At CLUB CRONULLA we assist you in making all the necessary arrangements for your special day, whether it be a Wedding, Engagement, Birthday, Christening, Social Club Dinners or Theme Nights, we are here to help.
Our Function Room has a maximum capacity of 200 guests and includes it’s own bar and dance floor. Of contemporary design and colour scheme, our room is versatile for all occasions. Add a splash of colour with serviettes, table cloths or balloons or a mass of colour to characterize your theme!!
Our staff and caterers can design a package just right for your special occasion, with a range of finger food, sit down or buffet style menus. We can also help to coordinate the following services at your request;
To host an event at the Club Cronulla, you must be a financial member of the Club and provide your membership details when booking.
A room hire fee for 1-200 guests is $330.00, with each bar staff member for $135.00 each.
An extra bar staff member is suggested for each 50 guests.
Full fee is required to be paid within 14 days of booking to secure your reservation. Approximate number of guests are to be given at time of booking however these can be reasonably increased or decreased no later than 5 days prior to function.
Either Cash/Cheque/EFTPOS are accepted for payment of accounts with full payment of the food account to be received 14 days prior to function otherwise booking will be cancelled. When the beverages are ordered over the bar, the account is payable on the night. A copy of your credit card is required prior to commencement of the function.
All monies are refundable if booking is cancelled no later than 14 days prior to function, however deposits will be forfeited if cancelled after this time.
All Quotations are current at the time of booking and may be subject to revision without notice.
Security will be required for all functions and cost is subject to security’s current pricing. The club reserves the right to request more than one Security Guard at any function. Current pricing is approximately $220.00 per guard.
Bar Staff will be charged at $135.00 per staff member with a minimum of 1 staff member per 50 guests.
The club reserves the right to request a $500 Bond at any function outside all other costs.
Incidentals such as DJ’s, Balloons & Serviettes etc., can be arranged by your Function Co-ordinator. Should you require this service, please discuss your requirements upon booking.
All Functions are to include catering (click here for the current menu) and therefore no food can be brought onto the premises with the exception of birthday or wedding cakes. Please inform the Function Co-ordinator of any special dietary requirements.
Function Hosts are responsible for all their guest’s behaviour whilst on premises and ensure that the quiet and good order of the neighbourhood will not be unduly disturbed when leaving the Club premises.
Function Hosts will be responsible for any loss or damage to any property belonging to the Club Cronulla, sustained as a result of the function.
It is a condition of the function agreement that the Function Host assists Management in the responsible service practice.
Club Cronulla supports and promotes the Responsible Service of Alcohol Laws as determined by the State Government. Supply of alcohol to minors or intoxicated persons is prohibited under the legislation.
The Club and its employees endeavour to take every care with your belongings, however no responsibility will be taken for the loss or damage sustained to any guest’s merchandise or property prior to, during, or after the event.
All guests must sign into the Club upon arrival, unless they are a current member. All guests must comply with the Registered Clubs Act governing the Club’s license conditions. No person under the age of eighteen is permitted in licensed areas. Underage patrons are welcome to attend private functions, however you will be asked to sign a letter releasing the Club of any responsibility for these patrons, and provide adequate adult supervision at all times.
